I recently moved to Dubai from the US, where I've practiced yoga in studios in NYC, DC, Boston and Philadelphia. Lotus Holistic Yoga Centre is truly the best I've experienced. Ajith and Praveen are not your typical yoga instructors - they have been living and breathing yoga from a very young age so teach the practice in a traditional and pure form. If you're looking for authentic non-new-agey yoga, Lotus Holistic is the place for you. I drive 30 minutes each way from Downtown Dubai to make it to their studio and it's well worth the drive. To me, it's one the most peaceful, real and unpretentious spaces in Dubai. Highly recommended!
